Of clients surveyed said they would recommend Conroy Removals to othersAll though service here was better than in NZ, still would not recommend. No rush to get consignment delivered to address requested, although payment had been made. No follow up with customs when they didn't turn up in Sydney.
Poor communication about when my items would arrive. Had to chase to get a delivery date.

Id like to give the benefit of the doubt to Conroy during these covid restricted times, I was very unhappy with the time it took to ship my items, i was given a timeframe and it took a lot longer to get here, as i stipulated the majority of the shippment was my tools i needed for work so I was forced to purchase new equipment in order to work here in Australia.
I have had an excellent experience in the past uding the company so I would be willing to use again if needed.
Communication updates could have also been a lot more frequent on shipping status.
Goods arrived safely, packaged well, with no damage.

It was a great service but I had to follow up a lot of the communications.
Feedback would be to make sure you are consistently communicating next steps and delivery dates especially.
The communication between Sydney and Perth was poor. The actual delivery was good.
When the contractors arrived at 7 Poplar Street on Friday morning, their paperwork from Conroys indicated they were dropping off 2 cupboards when in actual fact, there were approximately 45 plastic crates as well. Seems to have been a communication breakdown there somewhere however the job got done to our satisfaction. Very obliging staff at both park Ridge and Townsville
If we're referring to the overall experience, from the packing in South Africa, to arrival at our house here in Albany then we'd have to say that the experience was traumatic. But it was all at the South African end with BOS Logistics. All went well until the actual packing day when 3 men were dropped off at the house to do the packing. They were clearly not well trained and did not follow instructions. It is of course a very big job to do in the space of a day and a half but there was very little supervision and we ended up with many of the things we treasured left behind, whilst much of the things that we could have done without, were packed. Instructions NOT to pack certain things were not heeded - mainly due to lack of supervision. The packers just grabbed everything they saw and packed it up regardless. Hence the lack of space for the things we really wanted. Delivery in Australia was a pleasure though. The guys who delivered our things did a marvellous job - very cheerful despite the steep driveway that had to carry everything up. Nothing was too much trouble for them and they kept us informed of their movements at all times. Very good service indeed.

I may or may not use the service again. The reason is the team didn't inform me before making the final delivery, as I wanted to keep it to the storage for another week as I was moving to the new address and now I have to move them myself to the new location. I have not yet checked the contents so I can't say aything about it.
We had a good experience through sales and booking process although administratively there we several requests to submit already completed documents. Communication was positive until delivery was due, we were not contacted about delivery until I followed up and then no call the day prior to confirm a time. The packing and unpacking teams were great, very helpful and friendly.
You have limited options above, i selected no but my answer is maybe, i would consider using you again but would still shop around.
I know that Covid delayed shipping but was still disapponted that it took 3 and 1/2 months verse 2 months as original estimated.
But happy with how it was wrapped and nothing broke. So thank you.
Also impressed could be delivered on a Saturday that was great. 3.5 stars
Had to request masks be worn. Seemed unprepared for this obvious necessity.
Bed had to be reassembled by me as screws used in wrong places meaning bedhead and footer completely loose.
