"The date of delivery kept on changing"
Hi, I am unfortunately back in S A and was not present when my goods were delivered. The date of delivery kept on changing and I had to leave on the day you wanted to deliver. I understand that all went well, but am really unable to comment much. Many Thanks anyway. Keith

"Definitely would not use these guys"
My fridge ended up with many little dents in the front of it and I later noticed my desk was severely scratched as well. The guys were apologetic but it shouldn’t have happened in the first place. Something was obviously placed in front of the fridge in the truck that shouldn’t have been put there. The guys didn’t even have a trolley so they had to carry everything. Pretty sure it’s not good for a fridge to be carried horizontally. Definitely would not use these guys again and I am reminded of that every time I open my fridge.

More Comprehensive Information Needed
The information we got could have been more comprehensive, it is all new to us a moving overseas and I would like to have had some more information about the process. Also regarding the moving day we could have prepared a bit better if we had know what to expect.
The invoice of Australian customs we could not pay ourselves due to problems with the credit card (and nobody could help with this) wich resulted in higher costs for us.
"Poor communication"
Poor communication. Never received information about ETA. I had to ring every two weeks for an update. A curiity phone call with a process report would have been appreciated. The crew that collected my shipment were excellent as was the young chap that delived. Just the admin staff that needs to work on there customer communication

Good session when the guy came round to quote for the move. However after going through everything I wanted to take and everything I didn't, this information was not passed onto the guys who actually did the moving. So they ended up packing things I didn't want to take. I was not there to supervise them as I thought they would have this information. The movers themselves were great. However it would also have been nice to have been informed that I needed to defrost the freezer and get the fridge ready before move day. Although this may seem obvious, as I had so many other things on, it did not occur to me to do this until the movers mentioned it. They subsequently packed the fridge as they found it and the result was a waterlogged freezer and very unpleasant smelling fridge a few weeks later on arrival.
"Generally the guys were good"
Generally the guys were good, though unfortunately in taking heavy furniture out a small hole was made in the front entry, they did tell us and did a running repair. We are missing 2 seat / back cushions from our lounge, which means we cant sit on it. Overall our furniture arrive in one peice and no damage and we would recommend their service.
Poor Communication
Service was great from pickup to Melbourne. Emails all the way thru. Never heard from Sydney at all and had to ring twice daily before finally getting Silvan on day 3 to be told I had to pick up. Not until I rang head office and they got back to him did he finally ring and apologise and arrange delivery.
"Several items were damaged"
Several items were damaged albeit minor but on a number of items. This is believe to be from in transit rather than during the move in. Also, the lounge set is extremely dirty and requires upholstery cleaning.
I have many broken things and I have part of my water feature missing. I called the Napier office they told me they would send me a claim form that was 4 days ago still waiting. The men who delivered it were amazing couldn't do more for me and they were disappointed with the broken things as well.
