Very Few Problems
A little miscommunication once shipment arrived in Perth and the delivery truck, but it arrived early so I guess you can't complain too much about that.

I was happy with the service you provided from the onset.
Communication by email and phone was very good as I had alot of questions regarding the filling out of Customs documents which were a headache at times but was put in the right direction by your company, really appreciated that support.
I will not be using your service again because I am home in NZ for good after 20 years in Sydney and will not be moving anywhere any time soon I hope!.
Yes I will recommend you to family and friends if they are thinking of moving from Australia.

Patient & Flexible
Conroy's was easy to deal with. Patient & flexible. I dont know if you're the best priced but, it's not always about that. Chatmaine & Rhonda were excellent in their roles. Duplicate their customer service skills & you'll continue in the right direction. Thankü
Reliable
Reliable and friendly staff. I have recommended to my friends who's coming to Perth also
The packing end was great. The delivery end, as we were not present didn't go as well.
The team packed the storage unit well, however the instructions for items we needed packed at the front for easy access didn't seem to get through. Some was correct but a number of furniture items were packed at the back of the container which will require us to unpack the unit to get to them.
Serious Time Constraint
The delivery team was under serious time constraint, due to the restriction imposed by the building manager, so as only to start at 09h30.
I got the impression that the next job (12h30) was not rescheduled.
However, this could have been avoided by contacting the building manager directly (Contact nr and email address provided in my email date 12 Apr) in order to ask for conditions and restrictions upon delivery. Delivery notice from Conroy was the day before, too late to alter the planning of the team, I guess.
Good Service
Just good service and serviceminded people that help from the back office and all the way to the persons that did the delivery.
Excellent Service
This is the 2nd time we have used Conroy to move our household items overseas and we have always found their service to be the best. All Conroy staff were friendly and helpful and kept us up to date with the process from pick up to delivery and nothing was a problem. We have family moving in February 2024 and we recommended them to use Conroy as well. Thank you for your excellent service.
