Be More Honest
I got hit with a $1600 customs fee and obviously your broker had a good fee in there. I had asked about the all up costs but no one told me if this even though I kept checking if what I paid first up were the whole costs and I gave witnesses to this - you said yes. The staff were nice but next time be more honest with yours costings
Brilliant Communication
Brilliant communication, efficient work and brilliant work ethic from the removalists who came to the house to collect my stuff.
Worst Service
Worst service lost our table went weeks without any communication until we contacted them and then the table turns up with bent legs and scratched.
Very Good
The response time is very good. And the services (packing and delivery) was above and beyond. Plus the collection of cardboard after unpacking boxes is very good after service bonus. It lessen the stress in disposing the cardboard

This is my second local move whit Conroy's and I have complete trust in the care of my personal effects and household goods that at the moment are in your storage facility until I find my new property in Sydney. Packing was of a good standard and only one damaged item discovered so far (foot of hifi speaker snapped and will contact separately for insurance claim). Teams actually doing the picking and caryying both ends were great.
At the destination end extra charges were levied once final address was confirmed. This was understood as it was a city centre apartment and the fee was paid immediatley. Then once the goods had been released from quarantine further charges of over $400 came through for parking etc. When i contacted council they told me no permits at the prices quoted existed. When we queried in Australia no clear explanation was given. When we contacted our NZ contact suddenly the proble evaporated and a thrid party mover completed the move. It really felt like we were being squeezed and it left a really bad taste. Happy to pay what it costs but when questioned the cost build up could not be substantiated.
