I would suggest a couple of improvements - greater transparency around the fees regarding Australian Customs & Quarantime inspections. I had to ask for clarification and a breakdown of those charges, which I shouldn't have to. And the agent dealing with it was somewhat abrasive when providing the information. You need to remember that you are experts and most everybody who uses your services is not, so tailor your communications to ensure greater clarity so that your customers are very clear and understand at a granular level where their money is going. The only other feedback relates to the status updates - love them but they don't update in a singular instance - ie I could not use a previous status update link to get the latest information. It should all link to the same customer profile rather than a new instance for every update.

That said - I was really happy with the communication and the efficiency around delivery of my shipment. Super good. Thank you!

I am missing a box. Conroy has claimed all boxes were shipped and the delivering company is claiming they delivered everything received. Further investigation is required and I have not had further follow up from Conroy. 

Great customer service experience moving with Conroy through all stages - getting a quote arranging date/time for removal liasing with packers. Items held and delivered to new home interstate all went smoothly and kept fully informed. Competitvely priced. Highly recommend and would definitely use Conroy again.
