Good communication from all points of the process. Constantly kept up to date. Our items arrived ahead of proposed schedule which is lovely. Mostly well packed just one box slightly damaged but didn't impact any of the goods. Really happy with service from packing to collection to drop off.

I thought the service was very good, right from the beginning when I requested a quote. The guys that packed up my house were fantastic and did an excellent job. Very professional. Communication from when my goods left my house has been excellent. I was aware at all times where my things were in the process. I received a call to say my goods would be delivered to the address in Brisbane and that this would be followed up with an email - this email did not eventuate but the truck arrived as I had been told it would. Unpacking was great - again, the guys were very professional and extremely helpful. Offered good advice as we tried to navigate the unpacking process. There were three boxes that did not belong to me and after advising Conroy, these were collected on the same day.

Impressed that my items were picked up from a rural address in NZ, wrapped up and delivered right into my storage facility. Both teams across each side of the Tasman were easy to deal with and a friendly bunch.
