Of clients surveyed said they would recommend Conroy Removals to othersIf it wasn't for the loss of an adult 26" mountain bike front wheel the whole service would have been perfect. Not a huge disaster in all honesty but $200 that I'd rather have not had to spend. I understand these things can happen so just got to put it down to experience and next time make sure to check every box and every piece of packaging to make sure everything has been unpacked and nothing left.
Courteous, friendly, informative and awesome service and support at both ends of the move.

Hi, I seriously thought about this feeback. I have moved interstate multiple times in my adult life, this is the first time i have used Conroys. In terms of getting the quote. 10/10 was timely and responsive, polite and helpful. The boys (men) that did the uplift were in the top 3 I have ever dealt with (possibly number 1), they were incredibly respectful and helpful, they also appeared to take care of my belongings. The drop off was equally good, the men were friendly and quick, really appreciated their presence.
But the communication in the middle was appalling - and this nearly made me say no to recommending or using in the future. I realise now that the service was economy and what this meant and i also realise i could have clicked on this in the quote to read what this meant in more detail. However, the person who did the quote responded with the delivery would take 'about two weeks' and i took that as gospel. So when i started to contact Conroys to get an estimate my queries either went unanswered or dismissed. It wasnt until i sent an email stating i would contact the ombudsman to get some answers that i received a detailed email of where my belongings were and when they would be delivered. The quote as attached and i then noticed the high lighted text on 'economy' and read the attached.
I just needed this possibly spoon fed - but explained in more detail. I didnt really care too much when my belongings would be here, i did know it wasnt going to be a quick delivery, but i felt very ignored and dismissed and that could have easily been prevented with a response and explanation.
