Whilst my customer experience has been good - communication was good with us and the people we have dealt with were polite and helpful there has been too much damage to our goods to give me confidence in using your services (KEY) again I'm afraid to say.
The packing was done in the UK so out of your control but some of that was not up to scratch either - I can let GB Liners know about that. Again, some damage due to packing and some damage due to the unpacking.
The removalists were extremely convivial and a pleasure to have in our home however Conroy did not provided sufficient workforce to complete the job in a reasonable time despite additional payment being made for a 'difficult access.' When Conroy was contacted to discuss the customer service issues the response was very dismissive, they chose to inform me that my expectations were too high and in Australia that is the level of service I should expect.
I had to wait 2 months to get my goods back from Norfolk Island by Air Frieght which was acceptable although slow. I was contacted saying that the removal truck would be at my house between 10.30 and 11. The truck came to my house at 12.30. This was very unsatisfactory.
Removalists were polite, on time and careful with my goods at pick up and download. Communication was great throughout. I would highly recommend them.
Daniel and Sam and no 3 cannot remember his name were excellent very careful with all my furniture and so polite and obliging. I cannot recommend them highly enough.

- called multiple times for updates on shipment, was told on 4 seperate occasions I would receive a call back to advise me of updates,
-never heard back
- had to continually reach out, eventually asked for direct number of Sydney manager who was very helpful and delivered the items the next day
- when received items received bed frame was scratched in multiple places and parts had the frame had been further dis assembled and screws had been damaged
- total process took almost a month and goods were not received in the same condition I dropped them off in, no communication about when I would receive items even when I reached out multiple times across a period of a week
Great team of staff from the office through to the teams on the trucks. Theyre always respectful, friendly and helpful. They handle your possessions as if their own. Ive used them 5 times in the last 7 years including 3 international moves.
Missing items. Fridge has been deeply scratched and it turned up broken. Delivery guys rude.
