Through a very trying time with covid and the impacts the expereince with Conroys was good.  Communication was great especially when we were being packed and uplifted as the country went into lockdown and the boarders closed.   We received regular updates from the top and the process was well managed through much uncertainty.  The team at Conroys were professional and understanding and the entire process was seamless considering the circumstances.  Very happy to recommend Conroys.

Very confusing from start to finish. I ended up paying for 7cbm more than my original request due to uncertainty of volume,  nobody discussed this with me. The packers just mentioned that what they have to pack is is much less than the container size. I never were asked to sign consignment form, so missing items are just not found. On delivery a large 2m TV table was carried into my house, totally unwrapped. When I informed the man that it wasn't mine, I was told it was as it came with .my container, however on checking the consignment list, he saw it wasn't there. When they finished emptying the truck and unpack my outdoor furniture,  there was no chairs or footrests. Only 2 tables and 3 boxes of cushions. Again I was told that there were no chairsor footrest or even outdoor furniture on my list- yet the tavle and cushions arrived. Dealing with Conroy Auckland has been stressful and unnecessary unkind. They are very much aware that the insurance excess is $5000, do if they loose or damage something with less replacement value- they simply don't care. Very very disappointing.
