My lamps are missing and boxes and couple of bags of clothes I haven't had the time to sort this out with the nz branch as I've started my new job in Wellington , I have contacted the nz branch twice they have not returned my phone calls , I AM NOT HAPPY AT ALL

The service from conroys was good, and we were very happy with this. However, the service from your partner overseas, Pelichet, was completely the opposite. I could not recommend their service to anyone.

We have used Conroys three times now to move over the Tasman and have founds each time we have received nothing but professionalism, the peoples that came to unpack our goods were a pleasure to have in your home.

Everything leading up to the move was great, the guys on the day were awesome but the container on their truck had no tie points or rails so they had to make them, this obviously took some time and drew out the whole process. That's my only negative feedback. Otherwise brilliant service and staff.

Great service from start to finish. Everything was done in a professional manner and within reasonable timeframes considering the current Covid situation. Customer service and communication was good both from Perth WA and also from New Zealand. The final unpack and install will take place next week and hopefully there will be no damage to my furniture or other packaged belongings.
