Professional, empathetic and efficient. From Mike, Phil and Janelle in the office to the gents that loaded and unloaded our belongings in Melbourne and Sydney. We had four other companies cancel on us - moving interstate has extra challenges due to Covid, but rather than being transactional like the other companies, Conroy's actually listened to us, were familiar with border restrictions and delivered a (Covid safe) solution.
We will never use anyone else now.

A little dissapointed some of the furniture was scratched and broken and the fridge got a dent in it. Unfortunately paying the $250 excess is more than the broken piece of furniture and i never heard back from anyone regarding what to do regarding dent and scratches.
The movers were rude and extremely unprofessional. The end-to-end service to reassemble furniture and other items was unable to be completed with most items. Will never use again and would not recommend.
Really great considering COVID challenges and I will use again. My only frustration was Rhonda at the QLD office who just would not answer my emails or communicate clearly - she put in my booking that the move down would be July 2 but did not explain that would be dependent on backloading so I wasted a fair amount of time trying to clarify what was happening and the times for the pick up at Brisbane I also had to chase - there was no communication and I was relieved to work with the Melbourne team as they were very proactive. I have no idea what is happening in QLD office but that really frustrated me with the radio silence.
Where do I begin? Packing good, Rhonda and Brisbane office very good, but 3 weeks after our goods got cleared in Christchurch from customs and inspection where are they??? I asked the question of Conroys Christchurch "why are my goods sitting goodness know where afternoon inspection for THREE WEEKS AND THREE days and they didn't give me the courtesy of a reply. it wasn't as if these goods were not expected, they were uplifted on may 12 from Brisbane. So please could someone please explain why it takes another 3weeks and 3 days for NZ end to deliver my goods. We paid a fortune for a good service and not only will NZ end respond to why the delay, the other communications have been way off. I got call from NZ office "What box number is your lawnmower in" what box are you medicines in? Really, that is what we paid you to organise. Then we get email complaining we need to fill out forms urgently. When I rang in a panic as to what we had not filled in the said "ohh we want your address" beyond inefficient. We had better get every box returned to us in good order after 3 weeks and 3 days sitting wherever they are. I would not recommend this company to anyone and intend to make an official complaint. Disgusting, the NZ office told me they didn't get an invortory form the goods marked correctly,n sorry dont believe that, Rhonda in Brisbane was very good, the issues are at the NZ end. We had a personal phone call from the MPI inspector to tell us our goods had passed, yet it was 4 days later before we got the email from office informing us of this and then to be told we would be living from our 2 suitcases for over two more weeks before they could deliver, bad form. Not happy at all.
this is the second time we used Conroys and we will use them again and we have been telling everyone we are very happy and your cusmtor service were right on to it they kept us in the know all the time thank you

The team that did the delivery was excellent - very happy with them. Nothing was too much trouble.
