Trying to get a response from the person who was the account manger was slow. I ended up calling the pre-sales person to help prompt action from the account manager.
Yet to go through the delivery portion of the service.
We encountered some issues with the move but they were addressed promptly with the operations team and were ultimately resolved.

Our experience with Conroy was great. The pick up didn't happen on time but the shipment and delivery were fantastic. I'm yet to unwrap and check the condition of our items but the care shown during delivery reassured me that everything will be fine.
Probably the best service, all things considered, that I have had for the last 16 years.

Very good service. Polite, friendly and efficient. A bit pricy but worth it as nothing of our bellowings broke, and coming from Oz to Spain is a long journey, we were expecting a few breaks....happily not. Well done.
Thank you so much Conroy and the team. Michael and boys did great job. I have moved few times in last few years and I have not experienced such a professional guys. Michael and the team were so professional and really took care of my furnitures and everything else. They did great job very efficiently and I was amazed how friendly and nice they were as well. Whatever we requested they did it without any fuss. Michael even asked before he finished and left if we wanted him to do anything else. It was such a stressful process and they made it so easy and quick. Thank you so much.
Friendly and professional
The freight forwarder in the UK John Mason Transport were terrible to deal with - very rude and condescending replies to simple questions, plus misleading information. Due to their incompetence, we also ended up paying £56 in duty and taxes on 40 years old photos and books and memorabilia. At one stage they said I had to pay inheritance tax on my fathers ashes that were also in the box!! We have used Conroy removals on 3 occasions now and the 2 previous occasions (with other UK freight handlers) went without a hitch. I would seriously recommend reviewing your current arrangement with John Mason Transport for UK freight management. If we were to use Conway in the future and the consignment had to go through John Mason Transport, I would go elsewhere. Conway staff have always been courteous and helpful.
