Of clients surveyed said they would recommend Conroy Removals to othersI have yet to collect my belongings from storage but the whole procress with conroys has been so streamline. Completing an overseas move from another country was so stressful but conroys took a lot of that stress away as soon as they arrived to pack by house. Every step I was notified on when something was happening or when it had arrived somewhere knew, it took the stress away completley of having to reach out to ask. A huge thank you to Justin Urlich for the intial procress of my move, to Janelle Maybury for organising everything in Melbourne and Susan West in New Zealand, you are all super.
We had one scheduled uplift for export (in terrible weather) and the guys were friendly, professional and good-humoured, even though the hour was late and they had already had a long day. We then needed a last-minute move to another local address, which was arranged without fuss and carried out smoothly and with a high level of skill and pride in their work. Highly recommended.
Service Removal from Raby Bay, a Door on Bedroom when taking Furniture was Chipped, Rhonda from Brisane was notified same day and again before Delivery to Figtree NSW, at this time owner of Dwelling have not had a return call,
Dave from Sydney Office did a great job in getting furniture delivered, he was a true gentleman, the Delivery time given by him was spot on, the two Delivery boys from Sydney were also true gentlemen, they were a pleasure to deal with,
The Ladies from Brisbane Office were very hellpful,
Everything was great except the lost box, and except the communication (or lack of) between conroys staff. The packers in Melbourne were great and efficient and turned up early, though they didn't label boxes/ask what was in each box correctly, as I later found out this can affect insurance claims. I got constant updates with where it was on the journey and responses were very quick. When it came to claim for a missing box no information was passed on to the person processing them which was frustrating. Overall not bad.
One item was damaged in transit but it is unclear whether it was Conroy or previous handlers. Else everything was quite seemless and communication was good (even prior to shipment departure). I required a lot of help on what items were allowed into Australia and Conroys provided great support.
Very disappointed with only sending one packer as it put us so behind when moving out if our home the new owner was waiting 3 hrs for them to finish.
Very good service end-to-end. Quick, efficient and responsive to any question and inquiry I had. Thanks to both teams in Auckland and Melbourne.
