The only issue I had with regards to my delivery was the original time for delivery wasn't met and I never received a call advising when I was to receive the delivery. I ended up phoning through and asking someone to call them to let me know when they were to arrive as I had to go back to work. Once they arrived they were great.

The move went without a hitch, with Conroy doing exactly what they said they would do and on time. There was no hesitation to answer questions in a relaxed style. Iwould recommend Conroys to anyone who was moving belongings internationally.

Hi,

I will arrange to send an email to everyone who involved in this process, in relation to recent shipment of my household items/ motor vehicle from Sydney to Auckland... Excellent service and very friendly helpful staff at both ends ( I have visited both offices in Sydney and Auckland).

I did expect more time waste, but thank to Conroy.. It was a very smooth process.

Great to deal with from day one.....would like to thank Claire in particular, as she was always updating and corresponding - excellent service. The day of the removals went very well,...both removal lads worked that well, that everything was packed and loaded on the container in the one day. A very good and competitive rate - would have no hesitation to recommend. Regards Keith

I was very impressed, from srart to finish with the excellent service I received.  I liked the fact that with my initial quote, I was sent extra relevant information. When dropping the load off in Canning Vale, we were welcomed with coffee and each step was explained.  The whole procedure was treated efficiently and all personel were friendly nad cheerful. The delivery in New Zealand was prompt and troublefree.  I would certainly contact Conroy again, if the need arose.
