the sydney branch was very good the guys were excellent.

the only thing i would say with the new zealand branch is we are STILL WAITING for our container of furniture to be delivered.there is a delay with a new motor and have to unpack the container again to find the motor even it had been unpacked for customs and we are getting charged to have it unpacked.this all started on the 29th 9th 15.we were also told that the boat would leave on the 6th sept and it didnt which meant it took longer for it to arrive in new zealand. so has been very stressful as we have set up a bussiness and have had to buy or hire equiment while we wait

A big thank you to Jenna for her excellent service, that made this move easy and painless, and not forgetting the guys who moved the boxes, very fast and efficient. Flawless service I must say. Thanks again from a happy customer!

Sorry guy's but was recommended to you thru Gough Caterpillar NZ - today I told Goughs (head office Christchurch HR) not to recommend you to other employees relocating. I must say all you staff are very nice people to deal with, but the communication between yourselves leaves a lot to be desired. I went to lots of trouble to have contacts for my stuff to be received in Auckland (and using Auckland as the port of entry as my tool boxes were locked) only to find it went to Napier and then there was another break down in coms, not knowing where it was going when it got to Napier. After I had gave you the Gough Caterpillars Branch Manager as a contact and that they had agreed to receive my tools and personal kit and to provide a fork lift if needed.

I not happy to leave this type of feedback, but I think you need improve on this - rgds Brendan
