Had a lot of breakages.  Some antique furniture irreplaceable.   Thank goodness took out full insurance.  Will take photos & make contact.  Would appreciate you contacting me for a discussion re breakages.

I was happy with the service I had received up until the point that my funiture was packed.  We had booked a 40ft container only to find out on the day of uplift that the goods would be moved in 2 x 20ft loads to your warehouse and then be repacked into the 40ft container.  This was not made clear to me when making the booking and my concerns centred around the additional handling that was required. I also feel that the large items were not well packed as the packing material on the edges was torn and damaged when the shipment arrived.   This has resulted in damage to certain items of furniture.

From the start when Matthew met me at the storage shed, everything was very professional to the finish when we received our furniture. So impressed, would highly recommend. Constant contact and very helpful when I called to ask questions. Thanks again!!!
