The two men from Perth were wonderful and friendly and new there work. The two men from Melbourne were here on time they were wonderful and friendly very helpful with placing things and new there job . We would use you guys again . Thanks so much Regards Neil & Erin

Thanks guys!! It was a pleasure from quote to delivery... Every interaction, phone, email or face to face was professional and friendly. The service was timely and any concerns/ queries were responded to promptly. The delivery boys were so helpful, polite and thorough... No breakages!! I look engaging you services in the future... Thanks guys,

The only issues were a broken picture frame, a damaged single bed and a few of my spanners missing out of my toolbox. All in all not bad concidering the distance our goods travelled.

The time period was at the maximun of the agreed amount but everything else was very proffessional and efficient and all our stuff arrived as it had left.

We suggest that Conroy Removals engage in sourcing a professional handyman service or referrals especially for interstate and overseas  clients. The delivery of the shipment is good however, to complete the moving process, clients need to have access to an excellent and well trained handyman service. This extra detail will elevate your overall service. My rating of 4 is based on your level of 'before' delivery service as well as the 'actual' delivery service. My great disappointment was that I was informed only 3-4 days prior to the delivery date, and could not find a handyman at such short notice.  David did put me in touch with one but he was unavailable and the second recommendation was probably the worst handyman service I have come across in all my moves.

Finally and on a positive note, I would like to mention that one of the delivery staff by the name of 'Macca' was efficient, hardworking with a good attitude and really made the receiving of goods a much less stressful experience. David was also very efficient in responding to e-mail.

The only reason I haven't given you a 5 star is due to the fact that one of the gentlemen who was there on both pack up and move days (older guy quite scruffy) thought it would be funny to pack 100 kgs of weights from a weight machine in one box.  When I asked for them to be split up as I was unable to move the box my request was ignored, I knew I would need to shift the box at its destination as I have placed everything in storate.  When the delivery guys at this end had to shift the box they were also surprised to discover that the weights were all in one box.  I have also advised the NZ branch of my concerns in regard to this matter.  Not only was it impossible for me to pick up the box it is a health and safety issue and could cause someone serious injury,  All other people I dealt with in relation to my move were excellent.

Conroy were the clearing agent for our personal effects shipped from Canada. Right from when the goods arrived, the quarantine clearance, storage and then local delivery to Sydney we received prompt, friendly and professional service. Thank you Conroy!

I have today sent a feedback email to the Sydney office, attention Davide, outlining my disappointment in regards to a hold up with delivery of my goods due to a money transfer issue between the PNG agent and Conroy. I paid in full, in advance, for all services, yet I am disadvantaged when the internal processes are held up. I would consider using Conroys again, however only if this issue can be remediated immediatly and my delivery, which I am told by the internal agent will now be Monday - 6 weeks after having been packed and sent.
