I’ve put ‘yes’ on the basis the Auckland end is looked at. Dealing with Australian end was great. As soon as the goods reached NZ, particularly Auckland the communication dropped off. Pity NZ team let down Australian team. 

Very impressed with both Raffle and Conroy how everything was co-ordinated between the two groups and I felt like I was only dealing with one company. A very long time since I have seen that type of coordination

Such and easy way to move with no stress.

Communication could have been improved with regards to the schedule of events on the removal dates so we knew which room was being packed first etc. One set of bed ends was packed/bubble wrapped correctly however the other set (oak) was packed together but the inner screws were not bubble wrapped so we ended up with screw marked that had rubbed on the outside of the bed end. It would have been okay if it was on the inside as you wouldn't see it. 

Would like to have been told when the TV and entertainment unit were being packed so I could have taken photos and left cords in so I knew how to set up at the other end. 

Some heavy items were packed in a box with bedside lamp shades which got sqashed in the process. 

Delivery and unpacking at the other end was done swiftly and effortlessly. 

Incorrect postal address was given by Conroy staff, original docs were returned. In meantime copies were used.

Professional, prompt and friendly communication with the staff. Our items were packaged and delivered with minimal damages, negligible and not unexpected. The movers ,both in Murruma Downs and Wollongong, were amicable and easy to give instructions to. The company ws able to adapt to our changed circumstances, i.e. more items than expected to be moved.
