Conroy Removals were the local agent for our international move who stored our goods for some weeks after we arrived from Canada. Communication from them was clear and timely and their responses to inquires were pleasant and prompt. On the day of our scheduled delivery their courteous and friendly crew called ahead to inform us and unloaded every item for us - as promised - and took away all packing materials as well. Every aspect of our dealings with Conroy was first-rate and we have no hesitation recommending them!

Moving is such a big undertaking. All Conroy staff were friendly and professional. They were also knowledgeable, all the questions I had (if there were any after the already excellent communication) they were answered immediately. I was also impressed with the help getting the car to NZ. It seems no detail was overlooked, my car was delivered to Brisbane by me ready for shipping but the carpets were still damp. Some kind soul put bags of silicone beads in my car to mop up any excess moisture, I was very impressed. I found everyone at Conroys easy to deal with and would recommend them to anyone wanting to make a move across the ditch.

It may be worth Conroys considering a pre-delivery survey (GB Freight did something similar in the UK before departure) to assist with smoothing the delivery process - type of residence, parking arrangements etc.
