Sharon was incredible - she's the reason we picked Conroy from the three companies that came to quote for our move. Such a genuine woman, really friendly and helpful; a real star. The delivery team were great; super speedy. Not all the furniture was put together (had to redo the beds and tables) but overall, a great result. Many thanks.

The move was fuss free and easy . Great communication by supervisor Darren . The only thing I would comment is that we were under the assumption that the movers will unpack all items and lay it on flat surfaces ,however that didn't happen. Also ,they forgot to assemble our baby cot which was quite inconvenient .

Thankyou Conroy. I would have liked a phone call prior to the day of delivery as this made the arrangements rather rushed. The delivery man said the paperwork was sketchy and he didn’t know whether he had been engaged to unpack the parcels or not. He gave me the benefit of the doubt, as I couldn’t recall what the specific service was, and unpacked and placed two items of furniture. I am happy to unpack the rest.
Hi, I had Conroy recommended to me by a friend to move my family and I from Melbourne to Auckland. Overall the communication and planning for the packing was poor. I had to call Conroy the day before our scheduled pack to find out the details regarding when they would arrive etc. I was told 3 people would come at 9am, however on the first day of packing the team arrived one hour late but did not let me know until I called them again to find out what was going on, then they tried to pack in a hurry to make up time as they wanted leave early as well. In addition, 5 people came instead of 3, so it was very difficult to keep an eye on what everyone was doing. It seemed the extra 2 people came to pack our boxes for us, when I had specifically requested that my husband and I do this packing ourselves. This made the process very stressful and some items were incorrectly packed away before I realised and had to ask for them to be taken out. The 2nd day of packing was much more manageable, however. Communications via email were confusing as well.
