Took over 2 months to get our stuff from NZ to Australia. Removalists were great at both ends. Big issues with communication and lack of info and contact people in NZ changing 4-5 times. Our stuff sat somewhere in NZ for many weeks as some forms had not been filled out, we were not given these forms and no one contacted us to let us know that was why our stuff was not being shipped. 4 weeks after it being picked up and hearing nothing we contacted you and then were informed we needed forms competed. Unbelievable! Was amazed and very relieved when we did eventually get our goods. Was packed and unpacked very well by lovely removalists.

My experience goes back eight years. From the girls in the office to the boys in sales and the removalists every thing has always been very professional. Have had my gear in storage for that long! It always crosses your mind and wonder if everything is safe and looked after? Well mine was all just perfect! Thanks to all the people involved over the years. Well done. Highly reccomend.

From the very first point of contact, as a phone call to Caitlin in your Napier office, right through to the final delivery in Brisbane every single person in your company, that we communicated with made us feel we were very important and there was nothing we could ask that would be a problem. Our goods were packed neatly and efficiently at collection and your assistance and guidance through customs and quarantine was great. Your ongoing communication from collection to delivery meant that at no time did we ever wonder what was happening, we were informed every step of the way. And of course delivery was on time and every thing was just as we hoped it would be. Your company gave us the type of experience that in this day and age we thought was no longer delivered by anyone. Thank you and congratulations on the quality of your employees.

I also tried to engage with and Allied Pickfords and they were terrible so don’t use them
Friendly helpful and efficient advice given by all at Conroys.
Highly recommend.
Don’t use any other carrier but Conroys-tried some of the other and they don’t rate.
The guys who packed our gear were hard working and very professional in their work the humidity on the Sunshine Coast at the time of packing was in the high 80% but they did not complain I would definitely recommend your company to others
