Good service, not sure if any items are damaged, as no time to unpack, 2 boxes and packing of a chair were very damaged.

The only reason for the four rather than a five was the delay in correspondence after my goods arrived in Australia and had cleared through customs and quarantine- it was some time after this that I received my goods - this was not a concern to me except for the fact I had to follow up the contact as I had been told 1-2 business days and I had to follow up after a week to receive an update. Other than that the service was absolutely excellent.
Took longer than expected
We were told 5-7 weeks, it took 11. Our shipment appeared to get stuck in Townsville for weeks because there were no scheduled trips to Cairns. It eventually got delivered by a completely different company (who were lovely). Communication was bad, I had to phone multiple times for an update. Disapointing as the NZ side of things was great.

Conroy Removals were very professional. Our International move was seamless between our reps from the Philippines and Australia. The team in Australia delivered right on the agreed date and time and the handling team very friendly an efficient. Thank you!!

From the start of the moving process from quote to removal Conroys have been excellent to deal with.We moved in September from Mandurah to Aveley with Conroys and found them to be very professional right from the start.The guys that moved us ,Shane and Kevin where very polite,professional in there approach to us and we had lots of laughs throughout the day.There packing and removal of our items from the apartment to our new home was just the best as they paid lots of attention to moving very carefully around the house,walls stairs and doors to avoid any possible damages and used the correct trolleys to move these items around,They sure knew what they where doing.Our move took 6 hours but was worth every dollar spent.Thanks Conroys.You will not regret using them for any move !
