Unfortunately I cannot leave a good review as I am still waiting for my shipped goods to arrive. I have been told that they are at the port still. I tried contacting Orbit Moving Logistics but I did not get an expected ETA. No one could tell me anything when it would arrive. Also they were meant to send me email with an update/instructions but I did not recieve anything. I feel like the service on this end in Canada where I have moved to has been very poor from Orbit Moving Logistics. Also I was notified by Orbit that I may have to incur extra charges due to an incident that happened at the port of Vancouver for lost time. How is that my issue or problem? It should be up to the Port of Vancouver to figure that out. I am not happy with overall and I am still waiting for an update or an answer.

Absolutely first class service. We were very impressed with every aspect of the move, both with Conway and John Mason. Maintained contact giving progress reports throughout the move.The removal team were both efficient and helpful. Not to mention their sense of humour which really helped at what can only be regarded as a very stressful time.Well done Conway and thank you.

The whole experience from the initial phone call to accepting the delivery in New Zealand was made "pain free".
