Great service only point is one week later waiting for contact re damaged items but overall very friendly staff and removalist

We had excellent service from Conroy Removals.  To the friendly staff and our start in New Zealand right through to the drop off in Perth.  They thoroughly went through the process with us and answered all of our questions. Everyone was very professional and helpful on both sides.  Everything arrived safely and we would definately use Conroy again.  I would recommend them to anyone.

Conroy has made our move cross the ditch very smooth. They have been nothing but efficient and kept us well informed throughout the process. An excellent company to deal with and I would not hesitate to recommend their services to anyone.  We would definately use them again.

Communication from the Sydney end could be improved - i.e. we were told 5-7 weeks when we signed up and I know nothing is guaranteed but the lady who 'sold' to us said people were moving to NZ every week so we shouldn't have to wait too long. It was over 8 weeks by the time we received our goods. Allied Pickfords said 6-8 weeks when I got a quote from them and they were also willing to match the price so I think you just need to be careful and manage expectations better and keep us informed rather than us chasing! The packing quality was OK but also found a lot of rubbish thrown in. I REALLY hope you recycle everything afterwards as so much paper is used. Is the plastic recyclable. Overall very happy that everything arrived in one piece. Delivery and pick up of empty cartons and material on NZ side excellent.

The two men did an excellent job. They were very easy to get along with and I was very happy with their work and with the time they took to move me.

The guys at both end were fantastic. So helpful and really lovely.I just have one question. I have been trying to all today with not much luck. I was wondering if you had a copy of the inventory of what's in my boxes? We have them in storage bbut there is one particualr thing I can't find and the sheets. I have a copy of the notice but I can't read some of the text as it's really faint.

We had the utmost faith in Conroys having used then several times before. However, when the goods were unpacked it was almost like someone had been throwing items on to  the floor. Lots of breakages, poorly wrapped,missing key to cabinet....hard to price as some items very old , and family stuff. Was really disappointed.
