Quote and pre service = excellent, the 2 guys that came and packed my furniture and picked everything up were absolutely fantastic.

Conroy’s were the final link in shipping all our furniture and belongings from the UK. Conroy’s and their UK partners PSS were excellent in every respect.

very happy with services and staff have used you people many times over the years and found excellent service  the only thing i have lost in this move was my dodo white modem maybe it turned up somewhere thanks

Having a direct line to call the Operations / delivery team would help but not essential.

I had pictures, antique furniture and sentimental things. Not a thing was scratched, damaged or misplaced. Between the uk company and Conway removals everything went extremely smoothly and they were always there on the phone if i needed a quick response. I felt worried about the shippjng, but both organisations took all that worry from me. I was very happy with their professionalism and friendliness. I would highly recommend Conway removals.

While the delivery was later than expected, the crew that handled the delivery is superb. They went above and beyond to ensure the delivery is complete, and assembling a bed that they have never seen and is more complex than expected.

Overall not satisfied with the waiting period and waiting time. Took 8 weeks for our goods to be delivered. I dont know if the holiday season have affected the process. I got 4 things that has been broken and awaiting for the insurance claims.
