Seamless Connection

I thought the connection between ITO and Conroy was seamless and even though this seemed impossible in Berlin six months ago, everything promissed by both sides was fulfilled. It made a potentially stressful operation seem inevitable, and for any customer, this quality is invaluable. Your guys on the ground were terrific, and the very assured way in which you co-ordinated with a specialist company over the installation of my grand piano was fabulous.

We had the privelege of experiencing our first ever hassle free, damage free move with Jack, Cody and Genesis. The men were very polite and friendly, and they listened to our instructions and preferences and took extra care in moving our household furniture and items. We will be using your services again for our next move in 6 months time and will be requesting the services of these wonderful young men. Thankyou.

THanks for your awesome service. But I would like suggest an improvement that you need to inform the customer (or give a heads up) about the possibilities of extra fee (for example if the customer staying in an apatment and you have extra fee to shift the baggages above 1st floor).

I have had a very polite collection of people who I worked with in getting my shipment from port to Sydney and to carry out the paperwork Australia side (as the first portion was obviously in the USA). But sadly, a whole box of items went missing and I hope with deligence these items will be found and in good to excellent condition. Why I wrote no for using the services again is that I won't be moving again and would not be in need of their services but if I did move and my items are located I might very well change my mind. In regards to a recommendation because this survey is sent out before I have full completion of this transaction I would not be able to recommend with an affirmative as sadly items have gone missing; but again if these items are retrieved of course a strong recommendation would be in order.

I have used Conroy twice now and both times the servioce was excellent. Moving is stressful and international moves more so, but I found Conroy to be pro active and with good communication and pleasant / hardworking  pickup and drop off people it went like clock work both times so I am very happy
