Quick Responses
Generally quick response to my queries, with help both on line and over the phone.
Slight misunderstanding about the delivery date, but in the end the ontime (in fact slightly early - which was great) very quick delivery and unloading meant that there was no issue.
My sister and I were both having goods delivered, and a large item of furniture (a wooden dining room table 2.5m long x 1.2m wide x 0.75m high) was recently delivered to me in canberra, instead of to her (Louise Skidmore) in Brisbane. The quotes and subsequent payment for the removal was that the table be delivered to Brisbane. we are currently discussing with the company the need for the table to be collected from canberra and moved to Brisbane, at no additional cost.
The boys that packed our home were very professional & polite & funny, we had a great day. They took care.
