Move Made Easy
The staff at Conroy Melbourne could not have been more helpful. The whole "move " thing was made easy by good communication. Michelle Gilchrist in particular made our move experience easy by her knowledge and going out of her way to solve our minor problems. The packers were on time , knew their job, and nothing was too much trouble for them.

Made Every Step Simple and Easy to Follow

"totally reliable"
This company is totally reliable and the packing of my grand piano was brilliant, a lot of care had gone into the removal and final delivery. I had to contact them several times to get a date for delivery but appreciate it was close to Christmas and an extremely busy time for them. The three staff who arrived with my piano were cheerful and worked well together in assembling the piano once out of custom built crate. No damage despite it having been shipped from Australia to NZ.

Ended running very smooth and the two guys dropping my stuff off were excellent
My Communication Needed
Would have liked some communication in the weeks after being informed that the boat had reached port.
Fantastic Guys
The two guys who came to deliver our things were absolutely fantastic - please pass our thanks on to them - the only reason for my four stars is that we had some furniture damage, which could have happened anywhere, not necessarily at Conroys. We are currently putting in a claim with our insurer. Thank you all for the friendly and professional service. I would definitely recommend you. I've checked the communication box below because despite our furniture damage, we weren't informed of a procedure. Conroys took photographs of the damage, so I had no idea until I contacted a member of staff that our claim doesn't go through Conroys but must be directed back to our UK mover and insurer, John Mason. This may seem obvious to anybody who works in removals, but when you only do it once in your life, the process isn't actually obvious. I'd incorrectly assumed that because Conroys took pictures then the claim would be started by yourselves, which obviously it isn't. I dread to think what would have happened if I'd have waited to hear back - I would've run out of time for my claim. It would help if staff could verbally advise as well as taking photographs. Many thanks.

The car was delivered to the Dandenong Depot. Staff were helpful and ready to receive it.
