"Overall a good service"
Overall a good service, unfortunately there were a couple of breakages which however could have happened at any stage of the journey. One piece of furtniture was almost totally destroyed - the base unit of a lounge cabinet.

"The date of delivery kept on changing"
Hi, I am unfortunately back in S A and was not present when my goods were delivered. The date of delivery kept on changing and I had to leave on the day you wanted to deliver. I understand that all went well, but am really unable to comment much. Many Thanks anyway. Keith

Tony came on time or early, moved truck to get out of peoples way, showed up with a smile, very happy to be doing his work, enthusiasm in his work and care. He made suggestions so that we would not scratch our wood floor and cleaned up the mess from unpacking. The whole experience was made better due to Tony and Sonny being happy, courteous, engaging, helpful in every way. These guys were what made the experience enjoyable. I hope all of your employees are as nice as these two. Our moving company from the States to Australia was not a good experience, so it was most welcome to know that we moved to a country where people are friendly and helpful.
The guys who delivered my goods so very good. A great advertisment for your company. The guys who loaded my goods in Somerset just the same. I very much beleive in look after your staff they will look after you. Megan in your office so kind nd helpful. I give them all 100%.
The only thing I dfid not like I noticed the front tyre on your truck was looking very unsafe. I am sure the transport department would have put the truck off the road. I would like to think this will be looked into.
