Great service from start to finish. The only slightly bad point is communication. It may have just been a busy period but the replies to some emails were sometimes quite delayed and we were having to follow up with phone calls just to get some answers. Others than that 5 stars all the way

I wholeheartedly recommend Conroys removals. They bent over backwards to make my move smooth and trouble free. I was kept fully informed at all times and found the staff to be friendly and easy to deal with. Nothing was too much trouble.

My shipment from Singapore arrived in Sydney on 2 Dec 17. Despite numerous calls to expedite, the operations side could not deliver. The shipment was not delivered to my residence in Canberra until 3 Jan 18.

As a result, my children had to sleep on inflatable mattresses over the Christmas and New Year period.

Quote and pre service = excellent, the 2 guys that came and packed my furniture and picked everything up were absolutely fantastic.

Conroy’s were the final link in shipping all our furniture and belongings from the UK. Conroy’s and their UK partners PSS were excellent in every respect.

very happy with services and staff have used you people many times over the years and found excellent service  the only thing i have lost in this move was my dodo white modem maybe it turned up somewhere thanks
