"arrived safely, no breakage"
We have relocated from Sydney to Bucharest. Were very pleased with Conroy services. All the employees we came in contact with were very helpful, starting with Kim Stevens, Move Manager who gave me all the info I need and answered all my questions and Luke Golledge the consultant who came to our house for mesurements and quote - very precise and ending with Tory Daviss, Sylvan and his team of removalists. All acted in a professional manner, all my goods were handled with care and arrived safely, no breakage, maybe few things missing in transit, not sure though. I have no words to thank you all. I will recommend your team to all my friends and we will use your services again.
More Comprehensive Information Needed
The information we got could have been more comprehensive, it is all new to us a moving overseas and I would like to have had some more information about the process. Also regarding the moving day we could have prepared a bit better if we had know what to expect.
The invoice of Australian customs we could not pay ourselves due to problems with the credit card (and nobody could help with this) wich resulted in higher costs for us.

The only disappointment in the move was the additional charges that appeared. This is possibly also an error from the removals people in Germnay, so blame may not be all COnroys.

Poor communication. Never received information about ETA. I had to ring every two weeks for an update. A curiity phone call with a process report would have been appreciated. The crew that collected my shipment were excellent as was the young chap that delived. Just the admin staff that needs to work on there customer communication

Everyone we dealt with from the admin staff to the guys loading the container were highly professional, pleasant, considerate and patient. Couldn't ask for more.
Helpful and Friendly Staff
Only thing that I feel could be improved a little, is once my container arrived i got the email but then had no further come back, may bue just an email every 3 days after you have confirmed the arrival of the contain, you could send an email saying still in customs or still awaiting clearance. I had to send an email making the enquiry as to how far in the process the container was. The staff have all been helpfull and very friendly.

The delivery and unloading the goods done very professional with helpfull staff. Not one damage or scratch.

Impressive service. Timely and most importantly, anticipative communication. Aside from one instance, I was not left guessing at all.Couple of suggestions:(1) To have another notification post-fumigation; between Customs clearance and the delivery/pick-up call.(2) Handle boxes with a little more care - despite the label on the box, a couple of my boxes had significant scratches that would have been a lot more damaging had I not taped the bottom. Although some damage is not to be surprised about.Other than that, the Brisbane office capped off what was great service right from the get-go. I hope my case is the standard, rather than the exception.
