Helpful and Friendly Staff
Only thing that I feel could be improved a little, is once my container arrived i got the email but then had no further come back, may bue just an email every 3 days after you have confirmed the arrival of the contain, you could send an email saying still in customs or still awaiting clearance. I had to send an email making the enquiry as to how far in the process the container was. The staff have all been helpfull and very friendly.

The delivery and unloading the goods done very professional with helpfull staff. Not one damage or scratch.

Fantastic Movers
Huge compliment to both Sunny and Jeff who handled our move for us. Both men were fantastic as we had a large delivery which they handled on their own. Big thank you to Sylvan as well who was able to arrange an earlier delivery for us.

Came from overseas, Conroy Removals were the partner-removalist on the Australian side, also here good service, always kept informed about the status of the shipment, trouble free customs and quarantine clearance, quick delivery(maybe unpacking a bit too fast), would use conroy again if I have to move once more.

Was very happy with the whole process from perth the guys that came in to pack up the house were very good and polite and friendly the whole team was very pleasant to deal with unfortunately when arriving in auckland communication was not so good,goods arrived and there was 1 box missing which they did end up finding but it took alot of phone calls by me to find out what was going on.i would highly recommend the perth team however.

"constant updates"
I very much appreciated the constant updates on where my shipment was and when it would arrive. Communication was excellent. Delivery was exactly when they said it would be and was completed efficiently.

Damage to our new fridge occurred, i have put in a claim but not heard back yet. Besides that, removalists were friendly and efficient.
"Some furniture poorly packaged"
Some furniture poorly packaged - hence damaged on arrival.
Car also has damage on side.
Yet to hear back from anyone in regards to the damage and rectification
Communications from Conroy office have been inconsistant and sometimes contradictory.
A lot of the paperwork requested by Conroy before shipment had to be re-submitted by us to their Irish agents.
Positives: -
Shipment took 11 weeks from collection in Melbourne, Australia until delivered Dublin, Ireland.
Shipment customs cleared on day of arrival in port, delivered to house 2 days later.

Everyone we dealt with from the admin staff to the guys loading the container were highly professional, pleasant, considerate and patient. Couldn't ask for more.
