"lots of items damaged"
Upon unpacking lots of items damaged due to being packed together with heavier ones, Computer printer possibly ruined after being packed upside down and ink leaking out some older items with sentimental value attached broken. Two LCD TV's packed together with keyboard in the middle, not the best idea???

Great service from everyone in Perth and Auckland. Very disappointed though as breakages occurred after MPI inspection and as these are less than excess, we cannot claim. More care needed when repacking after inspections.

I moved from Texas to Morangup WA. There was no care taken when transferring shipment from the container I packed to the container in the wharehouse to await customs and quarantine inspections. My floor loom was upside down even though it was labelled FRAGILE. Boxes of books (the heavy items) were thrown on top of lighter boxes. The whole pile fell on top of the guys unpacking it when it got here. Having promised the delivery on Sept 1st there was going to be a delay (for no reason except inefficiency) until Sept 5. The tantrum I threw had results but should have been unnecessary. BTW the shipment was cleared for delivery on August 26. Why does it take so long? I am guessing your company does not want to improve its customer service. Complacency will not get repeat business. I have informed the USA company of my issues this end.
