We were intially emailed that our shipment arrived as planned. We rang the company and all questions we asked were courteously answered. We were given emaii notification of estmated delivery time on a specified day and delivery was prompt. The truck crew were careful handling our household goods and moved the large truck effeciently onto our property and out carefully.
We will use Conroys again for remainn items and boxes and hope the same quality service will be provided.

What a great team to deal with! Apart from being extremely professional, everyone was friendly, understanding and very helpful with our unique circumstances that caused a few changes in the initial plans. We can't thank you all enough for making an immensely stressful time in our lives far more bearable and wish you all continued success in the future.

On the whole the removal was ok. Some bits good, friendliness and flexibility of staff. Some bits not so good, inadequate labelling of boxes at origin and inadequate packing of an item I'd specifically requested to be extra careful. This led to the item breaking and it can't be replaced. Conroys customer service approach I have found to be excellent. Next time I wouldn't get the removal company to do the valet packing/unpacking, but rather pay the specialist valet packing and get Conroy's for just the removal part.

It's hard to give feedback as we have our stuff sitting in the uk somewhere. So I have no idea what condition my stuff is in.
Communication with conroys has been wonderful, though the company in the uk are hopeless. 11 days and still waiting to here when our stuff will be collected and an invoice.
This is move as been the worst to be honest. Times went way over what was said they would be.
Though the damage to a bike (which no way was accidentally sent to the US) was replaced and handled well.
