"We are very grateful for the high level of service"
The quotation from Conroy was competitive. The service profesional. The attention to details excellent. Conroy were caring and the packing guys were really easy to deal with. As this review is being written we have not yet received our goods. They have gone into short term storage because their arrival into UK from Australia including clearance was less than 5 weeks and we were not ready for them. We are very grateful for the high level of service from Conroy and would recommend them to anyone.

Hi David,
Many thanks to you and your team for the wonderful job you recently completed for my family. Moving the items from Singapore to Australia was of sentimental value to us as mum had recently passed away and we were bringing her treasured possessions here to Australia. We've done International moves many times but this is the first time that everything went seamlessly. You kept us informed every step of the way and we appreciate this very much. Ryan in your Sydney office in particular was extremely helpful, and his knowledge was most valuable regarding the shipping of my personal container to the UK thank you ....however there seemed to be a certain amount of confusion with the comunications once the paperwork got into the hands of Cheryl, judging by the to and fro emails which were cc'd to me by the UK agent of comunicatiins I saw between this lady and my uk agent ...in particular I had to avoid what I considered a potential disaster by correcting her request for my container full of my houshold goods to apparently treated as AGRICULTURAL !!!! ..this I believe could have had terrible consequences .....but again regarding Ryan ...I could not fault him, so glad he was there thank you.

"On the whole it was a very pleasant experience"
I was a little edgy intially as there were a few bad reviews of Conroy on the web, but I shouldn't have worried at all. Conroy were very professional and kept me in the loop throughout the process, I received replies to all my emails on the same day. Unloading also went very well and the guys were really good. All the stuff we asked them to assemble was assembled, apart from the excersice machines (I asked one guy to assemble them too but then did not check and they were not assembled). I have relocated to various countries in the past and used dozens of removal companies, Conroy would come near the top for their service. On the whole it was a very pleasant experience and I would recommend Conroy to anyone thinking of using their services.

"I found dealing with customer service to be easy"
I found dealing with customer service to be easy, painless and they were always very prompt and patient as I had a huge number of questions. We haven't been able to open boxes yet as we haven't moved into our new home, however there are a number of boxes that are dented etc. Hoping that the contents are in tact on the inside. Many of the forms were quite confusing and we were given some that we didn't actually need to fill out. We had a significant mix up with our final bill which was quickly rectified, but if we hadn't been vigilent we could have over paid by around $500.
