"Overall the entire move went smoothly"
Overall the entire move went smoothly BUT there was one of thing that stood out,
1/ After the boys (Good KIWI lads) had packed up our house and everything had been loaded & taken away we came across 1 kitchen draw that had not been packed, so we rang up the depot on Thursday ND July to advise them of this and Jaymee told us that someone would be out on the following Monday 6th July to collect it which was not possible as we were flying out on Sunday 5th July to New Zealand for good so we had to drive it all the depot in Caboolture. The frustrating part was that no one seemed to care and so it was up to us to get it to the depot.

The whole experience was very easy. From the arrangements for quarantine to the final delivery. The support staff always kept us in the loop and communication was frequent and effective. The delivery team was friendly, efficient and very helpful. It was overall a painless experience.

I would have to say that CONROY REMOVALS is one of the best removal companies that we have ever used, professional ,courteous staff and our contents was moved without any form of damage. The staff where polite engaging and considerate of our needs. Very happy with the move and was great to have had such great customer service both in Townsville and Buderim.

The packing by Links was inadequate for the rigours of the process and many of the plastic containers were smashed and the contents let lose. Books and papers were pack without proper containment and were crushed and damaged. The method of boxing and the dependance on sticky tape to hold the crazy construction together failed on 40% of items. This method of packing makes no provision for the customs inspection on landing.
None of this is your doing, in fact your communication has been on time for each stage of the process and delivery exactly as promised.
The Hong Kong office was good at communicating but the packing was totally inappropriate for the movement and careless handling along the way.

The guys who delivered our goods were great. Carefully unpacking each item and placing it where we needed it. They couldn't have done more and even cleaned up well afterwards. Highly recommended.
Our experience with Conroy Removals was great from beginning to end. We were kept informed every step of the way, delivery was punctual and we weren't let down at any stage.
