While the process was quick and effecient it was more trying to get out in and out as quick as they could vs trying to really help on making the unpacking and move a better and more helpful experience.

I wasn't aware that there'd be a further $AU200 to pay upon arrival into Australia, so that was a little annoying. Apart from the that service was as expected, clear and efficient.

The slate floor in the lounge was marked by draging furniture across the room. We have tried to remove the marks but as yet without success.These comments should not reflect upon the energy and the effort put in by your team.
