We thought Conroy Removals did a great job from start to finish. Moving from HB to Sydney was a stressful time for us. Conroy Removals helped us by keeping us informed all the way. The staff packing and unpacking were great

"Certainly seek a quote from Conroy Removals for our next move"
Conroy Removals worked with us to deliver our container as soon as they could and on a date that suited us. The 3 guys that unloaded the container were professional, friendly & efficient. All the boxes were safely deposited in the correct rooms & the team assisted us by putting together our beds and dinning room table. We were so impressed we will certainly seek a quote from Conroy Removals for our next move to NSW.

"More notice prior to delivery"
More notice prior to delivery would be good as only received call afternoon before the delivery next morning
- Linens and beddings in 2x cartons were damaged from water.
- Broken ornaments in 1x carton.
- Black marks alll over the corners and ends of the King size mattress.
- During delivery one of the removalist smashed and damaged censor lights by the front door.
- The truck driver rushed the unloading as he wanted to get home
I have to highly commend Claire first and foremost. During my many months of uncertainty about whether I was staying in Australia or returning to the UK, I changed plans more than once and when I said I would possibly be moving, each and every time Claire followed up repeatedly and faithfully according to my conversations with her. Conroy was in my opinion highly professional right from the start when my personal goods were imported to Australia, and the reason I came back to Conroy for the return trip back to UK.
The company RelocUK have also been extremely good. David the operations Manager went out of his way to deliver my boxes to the Isle of Wight ahead of what would normally have been scheduled. He gave me exceptional service and I would like Conroy to know that; feedback on your linking companies is in my opinion rather relevant so that you can be sure your customers are treated equally well this side of the journey also. Australia side service (conroy) was very good unfortunately UK side packing was the let down.
