Yet another perfect removal performed by Conroys, this is our 3rd international removal (plus several with NZ) with you guys and we have never ever had any damage, everything has arrrived , and the service thoughout each removal has been remarkable, an absolute 10 out of 10 guys, just Wow!

I have had roughly 15 emails about arrival dates of goods. I have also had an incorrect initial bill for storage and a bill for 450 dollars for import tax. On calling customs the official informed me that this looked wrong and told me to contact the importer who was not Conroy but someone else. This i have done but had no reply.

I had contact with John Rowden from start to collection time - he was very quick to respond, answered any questions I had and made multiple changes to my quote as our plans changed a few times. He was awesome and made everything so much easier and less stressful - thank you!
Unfortunately the only negative feedback I have is the delivery time. We were promised 8 - 10 weeks which included storage time at the depot. My belongings weren't on the first shipment to Christchurch and were in Perth just over 2 weeks before being shipped, according to the Perth team. It has now been 14 weeks and I still haven't received my belongings. It is now Winter and become a huge inconvenience as all our clothes and blankets etc are still in transit. Disappointing end to something that started off really well.

The entire experience of moving our household effects, motorhome contents and car in a 40ft container was seamless, as I knew it would be as we had the same awesome service from Conroy’s 13 years ago when you moved us over from the Bay of Plenty to the Sunshine Coast. The only hitch, and completely outside Conroy’s control, is that we are still waiting for the container to arrive in Tauranga. Jaymee, of your North Brisbane office, deserves special mention. She was prompt, friendly and efficient with our various needs and inquiries, and nothing was a bother for her. She is an excellent “Director of First Impressions” for your company. I would certainly give high recommendations to anyone looking to move house. Your company is the best I have ever experienced when it comes to communication, from “go to wo”, and you should all be extremely proud of the company culture you project. Derek and Cathryn Fox
