"everything was well packed"
Packing - 2 out of the 3 packers were excellent, everything was well packed, would have preferred there to be more information on the inventory in order to find items on arrival, it would also have made more sense to pack and label each room as some boxes have contained items from multiple rooms. Communication- great communication in both countries

"best experience with a company I have had - ever"
This was the best experience with a company I have had - ever. I work in customer service and was still blown away by the friendly staff, the excellent & ongoing communication - nothing was a problem. The packers were awesome - such a great bunch of guys. I can't speak highly enough about everyone in this team.
"arrived safely, no breakage"
We have relocated from Sydney to Bucharest. Were very pleased with Conroy services. All the employees we came in contact with were very helpful, starting with Kim Stevens, Move Manager who gave me all the info I need and answered all my questions and Luke Golledge the consultant who came to our house for mesurements and quote - very precise and ending with Tory Daviss, Sylvan and his team of removalists. All acted in a professional manner, all my goods were handled with care and arrived safely, no breakage, maybe few things missing in transit, not sure though. I have no words to thank you all. I will recommend your team to all my friends and we will use your services again.

Was very happy with the whole process from perth the guys that came in to pack up the house were very good and polite and friendly the whole team was very pleasant to deal with unfortunately when arriving in auckland communication was not so good,goods arrived and there was 1 box missing which they did end up finding but it took alot of phone calls by me to find out what was going on.i would highly recommend the perth team however.

Some furniture poorly packaged - hence damaged on arrival.
Car also has damage on side.
Yet to hear back from anyone in regards to the damage and rectification
Communications from Conroy office have been inconsistant and sometimes contradictory.
A lot of the paperwork requested by Conroy before shipment had to be re-submitted by us to their Irish agents.
Positives: -
Shipment took 11 weeks from collection in Melbourne, Australia until delivered Dublin, Ireland.
Shipment customs cleared on day of arrival in port, delivered to house 2 days later.

I thought the Melbourne team were brilliant. The NZ branch were the opposite, but I would definitely recommend using Conroy in Melbourne
Lots of items broken, furniture scratched. Good points was arrived on time.
