Apart the delay caused by circumstances beyond Conroy Removals, namely the vessel having to be returned to Sydney due to there being Bogon Moths found aboard, everything else went smoothly. From packaging and pickup, to delivery and removal of packing, cannot fault the services. Just awaiting the pickup of cartons and extra outer packaging used in many of the cartons, which  I understand will be this Saturday the 18th November. Only one breakage, a gilt mirror, for which  claim has been executed. The chaps delivery the container, even took it away for disposal, which saved me the trouble.

Thanks for getting our household goods to Trang Thailand. Also we would like to mention that Vanpac did an exceptional job in getting our gear down from Bangkok to Trang and were very professional and helpful getting all the furniture and boxes into our house. My only concern was that we were quoted on the container coming down to our address and not being unpacked onto a separate truck first. I found that my concerns were unwarranted as all my gear arrived undamaged to my delight.

Great stressless experience from the quote through to the removal of the empty boxes, wrapping paper and plastics from our new home in Blenheim. NZ.  Found the staff animated and efficient at both ends.  Conroys kept us informed of our containers progress through its journey and we appreciated the storage arrangements made which allowed us to go house-hunting before our belongings arrived.  If we were ever to move again, Conroys would be on the top of our list (possibly might be the only ones on said list).

Janelle was so helpful- she took us through each stage with both compassion (we were moving items following death of a loved one) and efficiency. Thanks to Janelle for making a difficult time more manageable for us. The two guys who picked up the goods were really friendly and helpful.
