Insurance process was drawn out
While the actual move went well, and all the people at Conroys (from Lee and his movers in Perth, to the delivery guys in NZ) were all very helpful and friendly, unfortuantley we had 6 large items of furniture, our couch, dining table, fridge, washing machine, bookcase and shoe rack (all packed by Conroys) that were damaged in transit which was very frustrating, and the insurance process became a drawn out 2 month headache. We were informed that Conroys looked after the insurance, but we were quickly passed off, first told to deal with Cowden, then contacted by Cunningham and Lindsay, and told that we would get an answer from Zurich..!! There was a lot of back and forth, and there were typos from Zurich that delayed payment weeks. It is finally settled now, but it would have been nice if Cornoys actually handled the insurance process like I was lead to believe would happen.

I have made good experiences with Conroy sending my things off, however after 4.5 months of being stuffed around by the English service they use I am disappointed to find I still have not received my shipment despite it being at port sind 3 months.

Very friendly helpful staff on both sides on the move. THe moving consulant who came to the house prior to the move was awesome. Goods were delievered faster than expected with no problems faced.

Highly recommend convoys. Kim is amazing and the two guys i had come in an pack unsure of thier names but great guys and lovely service from all 3 sydney staff that i came in contact with. So happy with how everything was thoroughly packed. Nothing was damaged an i was totally amazed. I was prepared for some breakage. Thank you to your team for a wonderful service.

Took good car of my stuff
I had some very delicate things packed that I was worried wouldn't make it intact but they all arrived in great condition and the customer service was great thanks a lot. I would also like to commend the team here in Auckland for there great service and the friendly truck drivers for taking care of my stuff thanks heaps.

Perth communication was excellent unfortunately New Zealand was not. I had to send 3 emails to the guys before i got a response the communication really needs worked on this end in nz. Besides that we are very happy. Thank you for assisting us with our move.
"hassle and stress free"
I cannot fault the customer service given by this company. From the time I phoned them for a quote to the end of the packing of my goods, I had top class service. Any enquiries were promptly answered and information supplied to me via email or phone was always prompt and John in the Qld branch was so helpful and made this huge move (on my part) hassle and stress free. On the day my house was packed and moved to Sydney by road, the packers arrived on time and were cheerful and worked quickly and efficently and left no rubbish behind. Thankyou Conroys.

This was the first time we had ever contemplated sending furniture back to NZ from Australia and it was all made easy by your staff who made the whole experience a breeze, from my very first contact with John Rowden and then Janelle Maybury we would definitely recommend your services to anyone who might want to do the same. Please accept my thanks for an (almost) painless transaction and (touch wood) let's hope that it will all arrive tomorrow. I really do appreciate the "extra mile" you have gone to make this all happen and I am very impressed with your service. Vela Ram certainly went the "extra yard" to make sure all aspects of the move were managed well from start to finishI also meant to raise an issue with the removalist who collected the goods in Australia. The Apartment building had experienced a flood the night before he arrived and all of the passage ways were choked with workers. This made his job difficult - yet he communicated professionally with everyone involved and completed his assignment intelligently and professionally. Hats off to a job well done.
What a great experience. Its always a stressful time when moving your prized posessions overseas, but not with Conroys. Excellent communication through the whole process, I even got a phone call to say the truck was going to be half hour late!! Goods turned up in NZ with no damage and on time. Highly reccomend to anyone moving overseas. Thanks Conroys for an excellent job.
