"top class from the very first phone call"
Hi,
I used Conroys to transport household goods from Perth WA to Auckland New Zealand. The quality of service was top class from the very first phone call to placement of goods in my new house. The collection team was outstanding even though I placed some goods in boxes without correct labels they rectified the problem with extreme professionalism. All through the transport process I was informed of every movement of my cargo right until the drop off. The delivery team also handled the household goods with extreme cautiousness and also to a very high standard. I look forward to using your services again as you took a lot of stress out of the move for myself and my partner. I will definitely be recommending Conroys to anyone.

Your email/telephone customer service was impeccable. The only thing I would fault is the handling of my boxes, which were not stacked right-side up or with the same level of care as your office staff showed.In any case, thank you very much for taking a lot of stress out of my move.

Great communication from the time we left Perth all the way through to the time our stuff arrived in NZ. Price quoted included the MAF fee which was great compared to other companies quotes. Our things were meticulously wrapped! And everything arrived in one piece with nothing missing or broken. Thanks guys!

"The packers we had were great"
The packers we had were great, but what let's the company down was the waiting on a truck to take the furniture away to the port. We were told around 10:30am but it didn't arrive unti 12:30pm. Also we were told around 9:30am to 10am for drop off of goods but truck didn't arrive until around 11am.

I could not speak more highly of the customer service and communication skills of Justin and the office staff in Melbourne, and then again the Service staff in Nelson - they were superb. Overall the people involved were really excellent, somewhat let down by the attitude of the packers which was at times disappointing. However when my concerns were referred to the office staff they were very quickly adressed and resolved at as high a level as was possible. Thank you to those who demonstrated such special service.
Conroys did their homework and my gear is being delivered door to door. Much happier. Thank you to Linda
