My Mothers China Cabinet arrived with the 2 front doors missing no explaination if they were smashed or misplaced. Also it had dents in the woodwork. Mum had waited so long to get her belongings back and dissapointing when theu are damaged/

Hey guys! Thanks so much for such a smooth transit. You worked around me the whole way and the shipping was far faster than expected. Picking up from a harbor on the AU side than accommodating a pick up on the NZ side on such short notice was unreal. On top of this, your customer facing service as well as constant updates was truely 5 star.

Mostly happy that the vehicle arrived safe and sound. Only one minor damage to a tool box handle that was broken but overall we would definitely use Conroy again.

More information required about the process
I gave a glowing reference for the household goods removal service but shipping my car wasn't quite the same experience. In Australia I asked for information about preparing the car for dropping off at the depot and other than giving it a clean was told I didn't need to do anything. When I dropped it off I was advised I should have a near empty gas tank - I'd just filled it up!
Once the car arrived in NZ I wasn't happy with the level of communication. I was emailed several times with the arrival and customs clearance dates. The form said I had pre-clearance but the car was only available for release from the depot 11 days later. I wasn't given information about what checks/procedures were happening in that time. I also think it could be much clearer about the process after release for compliance and registration, as well as providing details for providers for compliance.

the only let down was the 2nd day of our house packing where only one person was allocated to finish our house off. The first day there were four workers. As a consequence our last pack day ended at 1745hrs so this left us with just over 12 hours to clean up prior to settlement handover.

The service and communication in Australia was very good. Delivery in NZ was not so thorough. Our furniture was split over two delivery dates. The first delivery included essentials such as fridge and beds who was appreciated but the larger items were not unwrapped. The second delivery was at very short notice and there was no list of items so we were not able to check that all boxes were delivered. The second delivery did remove the packaging according to the contract. Overall the service was good, but a final inventory list would have been reassuring.

I so enjoyed the services from Melbourne. With the delivery services not good on this side. Yes we were been updated with our gears. Had been with Tauranga port for 2 weeks everything cleared from quantine. Got call on Friday 8th of September 2017 that our gears would be delivered today Monday the 11th of September 2017 at 8:30am. Then got a call from Tauranga at 8am this morning that there where problems on who was going to deliver our container. So we got new time for 12pm agreed. Ihaia rang me at 12:48pm asking me to contact Tauranga in regards to the whereabouts of container. So I contacted Tauranga at 12:55pm the truck had just left which was in Te Puke. Happy about everything but when the times change not happy. Overall I am happy with the company will recommend to other people. Thank you Conroys
We got off to a good start with the Perth branch but for everything at NZ has been a complete shambles items delivered to a different city . Not sure wether that was the plan or not but no body informed me that was happening and then once due to arrive I had no contact to say it had arrived so I'm having to ring around to find out where the heck my stuff is, multiple items damage some unrepairable others were attempted to be repaired and brought back to me still broken !! After saying i will fix it my self no compensation was offered and the time it's taking to get the settlement we have been offered for other items is far too long .
I trusted conroys to make my move easy but it has been anything but, Will not be recommending conroys to anyone at this rate
