We have been really happy with the service received from the team at Conroy Removals.  They were extremely accommodating to our needs - espeically as our moving dates changed a couple of times.  The guys who came to our appartment to collect our belongings and package up some boxes were extremely polite, professional and friendly.  We were kept up to date at all times from start to finish.  Conroys made our move hassle and stress free and I would definitely use them again.  Thank you very much for a brilliant service.

The admin team in both countries have been great with constant updates at each step and in conjunction with John all relevant paperwork was easy to deal with.

Very minimal damage to property limited to a couple of bits of crockery that we packed ourselves.

Very poorly managed from pickup in rural South Australia. Pickup and professional packing was outsourced to a company that were not informed of what they were picking up and consequently came with no packaging materials. Was informed they would repack at the depot, this obviously did not happen. Boxes arrived in NZ completely squashed and open with items falling out the sides. Absolutely no care taken. No boxes were labeled and especially not labeled as fragile and therefore many irreplaceable crockery items were broken.

The movers in Ballarat were very quick and efficient, but I do object to opening boxes that had been packed by your movers to find rubbish from packing materials were thrown in with the rest of my contents. One of the items appear to have had food on it. This was on the white paper that was used by your packers. 

Not sure where the issue arose but a lot of my contents were covered in dust. Wherever my items where stored whilst in transit must have been VERY VERY dusty as it got through the sealed wrapping, and a closed chest freezer lid. As well as a lot of others items that were in seperate boxes packed by your company. I accept any damage from items that I packed, but paid for items to arrive in a reasonable condition.

Kitchen items ALL had to be cleaned and I would have thought that china plates would have been individually wrapped before packing rather than wrapping a bundle into one package before placing into the boxes. Same thing goes for glasses as well.
