20 weeks and still waiting, the Australian side of things was fantastic, well managed, constant communication and efficient service. However, the UK side of your operations have been woeful to say the least. We have only one sided communication by a person who couldn't be less interested in us as customers. They dictate dates without checking with us whether we can get time off work. When we did arrange a date the truck broke down and we were informed at 8.30 that there would be no delivery and that they would get back to us with the next free slot, that was one week ago and we still haven't had any new date dispite calling them numerous times.

Your UK agents have let you down again and have ruined what would have been a glowing review.

My husband and I decided to move after nearly 6 years in Oz from Brisbane to Auckland after loosing a sibling each in Jan and Feb back home. Anyone looking at relocating know it can be costly especially since we had only relocated from Adelaide to Brisbane 2 months earlier with Interstate Removals and still had everything boxed in our daughters garage. I did the online compare prices and Conroys made many attempts to contact me out of the 4 companies meeting my match.  I was absolutely wrapped with the quote and service, I was ready to book when another staff member told me that I was incorrectly quoted by their trainee and it was actually a lot more, after further discussions with Management I became emotional when told they told me they would honor the quote!!   The boys and truck arrived and packed our 4brm house belongings into the truck within a couple of hours, we left Brisbane exactly 2 months to the day of loosing my sister. While back in Akl the whole time I was getting reqular updates on where our belongings were and who would contact us.  I had actually paid for some items to be dropped at our house in Auckland and the rest to be taken to our farm in Wellsford, we ended up cancelling the drop to Wellsford and had our refund within a day of this decision and the guys dropped everything to our house in Onehunga.  We never got to meet the boys as my husbands sister was killed in a crash 9 days after we returned to Akl and we were still in Taranaki when they were ready to deliver.  My sister said the guys were fantastic and said to call them when we are ready to move our belongings to the farm.  Overall during such an emotional and traumatic time of loosing 3 siblings Conroys service, communication, pricing, support, compassion and trust has made for great memories and left us absolutely positive, loyal and our personal expectations exceeded beyond normal service provided to customers makes for the best and only choice and we will continue to requlary recommend Conroys on Hoki Mai Page Australia to anyone looking for International Removalist.  To the team in Brisbane and Auckland, there are still genuine good people who just want to provide the best service and experiance to others like your team, a huge thank you all for bringing our belongings home safely.  Regards Aroha and Joe 

Fantastic company, would highly recommend you to any of my close friends. The only thing that let you down was the packing teams lack of ability to do a final inspection before closing the containers and leaving the premesis, as we had items that were left behind and would have been lost if it were not for us checking.
