The service in Brisbane was excellent from the intinal quote to the full pack. The communication from the support team during the process was excellent. I highly recommend Conroy's. My furniture has not been delivered in New Zealand as yet so cannot comment on my delivery.

Best customer service
Best customer service from this company, from the initial contact to the delivery in NZ. Everyone we dealt with were efficient, easy to contact and always communicating as to where our goods were in transit. I would definitely recommend this company.

My delivery has not yet be delivered. It arrived in country 25 Jan 2025. My items are still sitting at the ports and has not been released for some unknown reason.
The pack up to be shipped was a fast transaction and I was very pleased on how it was handle.

Some issues with the standard of packing in Townsville, some items extemely over packed, which amused the unpacking team in NZ, a lot of space wasted with many boxes containing very few items. Other items were not packed well and damaged.
Packers damaged our property as well, with their truck hitting our fence and air conditioner. Conroy's covered the cost of this damage.
Loss of our king size mattress was an issue, the item was found a week later and has taken another week to deliver.
Fabulous service. I was given regular updates about where my parcel was, and who the person to contact me next would be, and their details.
