Could never go wrong with Conroy
Could never go wrong with Conroy. Excellent service, on time for delivery and when I received my goods there was no damage. Good customer sevice - always there when you need advice and help you to get your delivery on time. Not expensive. Would use them again if I was moving.

Unfortunately while the service for moving our cars was impecable, the moving of our furniture was disappointing. The guys who came to load the truck and pack the rest of our furniture were great, however we had a dozen boxes that were labelled with fragile tape because the contents were fragile and unfortunately these boxes were not treated very well. Upon unloading of the container at our place in NZ, we found most of the fragile boxes had been crushed and packed with heavier boxes on top of them. This resulted in many of our items being broken and having to raise an insurance claim (which at the time of doing this review, has not yet been resolved). It was disappointing as many of the items cannot be replaced and certainly cannot be repaired.

Thank you Conroy. A very big thanks especially to Lee who was absolutely amazing. All questions and queries were answered. He was so helpful and I appreciated all his assistance and advice. Also the packers were totally amazing and the pick up crew too were amazing. A huge thank you all.

Everything was great. Can't think how to improve to be honest.
Absolutely hassle free
Dealing with Trevor and the team from Perth from the get go, to the crew in Auckland, made shipping my stuff back to New Zealand and delivery to National Park absolutely hassle free. Thanks again to the Conroy Removals team. Really appreciate everything and will definitely forward your company name onto fellow friends as they move home to New Zealand in the future.
Excellent teamwork
Excellent teamwork in every step of the process - from drop off in Brisbane to pick up in Tauranga.
Seven months later and we still have not received our consignment. Requested a manager call back, still waiting. Despite using Conroy on numerous occasions successfully, we have been badly let down this time.
