Mum's linen, pillows, glasses did not arrive at her new serviced apartment. I was told the right amount of boxes were picked up and delivered - I was there when the gear was packed. Failure somewhere. Told Conroy's can't do anything.
I saw the glasses in the kitchen and know mum had pillows, but they vanished.

Good value for money
Good value for money. Initial consultation was good and informative. Most items were packed well. Communication was good both in Melbourne and Auckland. Delivery people were also good. The follow up offer to remove all packaging afterward just the icing on the cake.

We moved internationally, the vehicle arrived really fast with no damage! After being told we couldn't store anything in the vehicle for the move we found Conroy's had used our canopy to store another clients lawn mower, which was still there when we collected the vehicle. The collection stage was difficult and poorly communicated. We would use Conroy's again after exploring other options first.

It was a bit messy having to deal with so many different people throughout. It could be a lot more streamlined. Ordering Conroy's boxes was a hassle as had to wait 6+ weeks for them to arrive after paying $75 for shipping. Our furniture was shipped quickly with no damage. We didn't get insurance and it paid off. Would use Conroy's again if we had too but would shop around first
Stuff left my house unpacked. Packing was inefficient. There were two packers - one did a good job, the other was hopeless and inefficient. Now items appear to be missing.
There is no real inventory list. Items were delivered in New Zealand before I arrived and my parents were told of delivery. My travel dates were based on my having been told I needed to sign.
I feel like there is no recourse because the process has been so inefficient. When I originally moved to Australia with a different company the process was professional, inventories thorough. This experience was the opposite.
