Thank you very much for your help in getting our shipment to France. Overall we were very happy with the service, the organisation at the French end was excellent. Our only feedback would be that we felt communications with your operations department in Brisbane and their supply of information to France could have been better.
All facets of our move was handled with efficiency
This is not the first time I have had Conroy Movers move items from Australia to NZ and this recent move was just as efficient and staisfying as the last one. I believe this company has once again excelled my gratitude as everything was handled flawlessly. The NZ Conroy people were just as professional, helpful and accommadating as previously. There was not stress. Communication was spot on and I am so happy to say what a great company to work with. I really don't know what to suggest to make improvements as I am a very happy person and see no need to fill the next sectioin out. Thank you thank you again.

Conroy Removals were fantastic. Everything arrived safely to our doorstep on a Greek island. Their representative in Europe, Patrick, was amazing. He faced a number of challenges with Greek ferry strikes and the like and managed to make it all happen. The company kept in contact and kept us in the loop with timing etc. Highly recommend.
I moved from Melb to Toronto with Conroy in July 2018. I contracted Conroy to ship half my belongs to Toronto and place the other half in storage with Conroy. Several issues with the pickup.(parking not assessed) and significant challenges with the drop off of goods in Toronto (mis communication and delays). In addition several key items were not delivered. Please refer file. . In Dec/Jan 2022 I came back to Melb to request the rest of my items to be shipped to Canada. While going through my stored items I discovered extensive damage to many items. I was advised that the items I wanted shipped would be shipped in Feb 22. Based on this information I brought 3 cases of wine (worth over 5,000) to be shipped to Canada as well. The shipment on FEb 22 was cancelled. I was advised that Conroy wouldn't charge storage fees until the shipment took place. I was then advised my goods would be shipped in the sept shipment. The shipment was scheduled and whilst packing the ship I was advised that there was no room in the ship for my goods. . The mnager dealing with the shipments had no understanding of the history and that I was advised that my goods would be shipped as a priority. The insurance claim has not been settled as the person handling the insurance believes that my goods were shipped. During this process I have been sending many emails as well as calling the respective managers however with no resolution. I am a Director of a Travel business and I have never seen such poor customer service and communication. At this point I am not aware of what the current status of any of my precious posessions. The whole experience has been unprofessional and exceedingly disappointing. I have not received communication from anyone to provide an update. I would like an update ASAP
I feel our belongings were handled far too many times. As expected goods were jam packed into the container for every available space to be filled. That being said naturally that would happen, however no care taken for placement as dents were made on 1 of our fridges, entertainment unit backing was broken like it had been kicked. Outdoor table frame was bent in 4 places like heavy boxes were placed on top with stuff put underneath to bear the weight. 1 leg was damaged thru being pulled possibly when dragged & God knows where the glass top ended up, as I watched them wrap it separately but it never made its destination. Dresser leg was snapped off because it was trolleyed into place not lifted, like we have moved so many times before. Communication at the start of our journey was poor. At destination was slightly better. Fail to understand our belongings are in your hands & yet if we do not insure thru you because of your ridiculous prices, and our goods are damaged or lost whilst in your care you are not liable??? You harp on about professionalism, but have such a big step to get there. It's like purchasing something in a shop and if it's broken you can't take it back tough luck. We have moved domestically soo many times ourselves and have packed everything ourselves with care and know how it's done. This being the 1st time using a removalist because we had to, just watching so called professionals have no order in placement, we knew it wasn't going to end well.
