It took a week and a half for my belongings to arrive after I received my 'your items are ready to be delivered' email - either it shouldn't of taken that long to get from Tauranga to Auckland or delay sending the email.
Conroy took care of getting everything out of my apartment, packaging it up and sending it to me in another country. Everything arrived safely and I really appreciated their service and reliability when I couldn't be there to do it myself.
Apart from 1 standard carton missing from my consignment everything went well The effects of the covid19 did not give the shipment the desired arrivall time but that is no fault of Conroys. The agent here was extremely efficient arranging the delivery and customs processing. My compliments to all involved in a very difficult time.

Kept contact well . Everything arrived all good! They then collected the packaging.
Keep informed until last 2 weeks and I had to keep contacting people in nz to get information on my car.
