You have down the wrong removal. The last removal was Syd - Canberra the guys were good but the condition of the boxes was poor. It. was noted by the driver of the second truck entertainment unit broken pots broken etc, he called his supervisor and alerted him to this and whoever packed the truck was going at fault. The porta robes were all smashed in as well as boxes ripped. This is my 20th move and the one with the most damage. I am still waiting for the representative to call and advise what will be occurring with replacement of destroyed articles. Please advise if next step.

Not only did I find the quoted price quite reasonable but the service, friendliness, helpfullness and especially politeness of the staff / packers were noteworthy and much appreciated. The stress was taken out of what could have been quite a stressfull situation.
The packers were very helpful and courteous and did an excellant job. I am still in the process of unpacking but after having unpacked nearly all my stuff, so far, I found nothing that has been broken. The delicate antique cabinet and grandfather clock all arrived without any damage. Well done packers.
I can recommend Conroy Removals with a clear consious to anyone on the move.

Moving Couch
The two guys that did my move was amazing. They were very friendly and very efficient. Trying to help as much as possible. I realised that one of my couches was not delivered and informed one of the guys who immediately contacted Lee. It is now two weeks since my furniture was delivered, and I have not heard anything from Lee. I think this is such bad customer service, especially for the amount of money i paid. Hopefully Lee will contact me as I do not think it is my place to chase him.
I am really not happy with the service and will definately not use your company again.

Pleasant & Efficient Packers
The packers - especially Geoff - were so pleasant and efficient. Had a couple of breakages, but considering the size of the move, it was not bad at all. It was done very rapidly and without any dramas.

Great service, friendly and helpful staff. I would have loved the china cabinet keys to be attached to the china cabinet as it took me a while to find them.
Also the iron and coffee machine were not emptied of water so leaked on other items. I would also have liked to understand the process in advance to plan around it better.

Excellent service and very professional. Mathew and his crew were always available to assist during the 6 years that my gear was stored with them. During the 6 years l had added stuff, taken out some and inspected my gear on numerous occassions which was no problem for the team at all.
I have used Conroy Removals over the past 9 years quite a lot..I have found them to be hard working and honest. They are great with customer service..everyone is very friendly and helpful..Thank you I would recommend Conroy Removals to everyone..
