Highly recommend.
I am very happy I made the decision to do my interstate move with Conroy removals. The professionalism, efficiency and friendliness from both the head office team and the moving crews (both in Brisbane and Melbourne) were of a high standard and so refreshing to deal with. It lowered my anxiety about doing a solo interstate move and it was so lovely to deal with people who care about what they do and do it well. Although I was properly informed and prepared by Conroy if I wanted to, I personally did not take out insurance on my items. As the primary mode of transport for the move was train, I knew there was a risk that something might be compromised and in the end only one bubble wrapped glass and the base of a lamp didn't make the journey. I'm still pretty happy with that, but it might be something to consider for more precious items. I would absolutely use Conroy removals in the future and I would not hesitate recommending them to anyone in need of a highly professional removalist company and just lovely group of people to work with. Thank you Conroy removals!

Communicating with Conroy was easy and the people were friendly. Due to poor parking conditions at the delivery point the movers worked quickly to unload the truck and park it back on the street so it was out of the narrow lane way. I appareciated that the guys unpacked every wrapped item and put the sofa and the dining table together and placed them in their designated places.
Fantastic team work from start to finish
It was very good overall, however, we had some extra bubble wrap and paper that we shipped with our belongings and it never arrived. we tried to contact the removalist of that day but couldn't reach them (tried for 2 or 3 days).

Seemless
The overall experience has been good. The assessment of goods for estimation and support from Penny in completing the purchase process has been very good.
The packing guys in Wellington were very kind, calm, and professional.
The staff in Brisbane seemed not to enjoy their work. Isabelle's emails were toned as threatening. After confirming the address, the delivery date for the goods was reasonably quick.
The delivery and unloading guys were not happy while doing the work. They were frustrated and not sure why.
Efficient, flexible, safe, which is what we want.
