I recently had a personal consignment shipped from NZ to Australia. Once it had arrived in port, and this office took over,  I was kept updated all the way via emails and  telephone calls. I found the  staff member assigned to my case to be  professional and friendly. I requested a telephone call prior to delivery of my consignment to  a storage facility, as I wished the staff to liaise with an agent acting on my behalf. This was done as promised and the delivery arrived as scheduled. I have not had a chance to unpack  all of the  numerous boxes yet, so I can't comment on whether there are any breakages. The unpacking will take considerable time. However, I can provide feedback on the actual shipping process, which flowed smoothly. Time from NZ to Australia was  3 weeks and 2 days. Time from arrival, customs/quarantine clearance, warehouse, out for delivery took  just under 2  weeks.  I was very happy with the communication and service provided. 

Very quick and efficent delivery, along with on time pickup. All items where undamaged.

We were very happy with the whole process - from initial quote to the actual move. There were a few hiccups (requested delivery date not registered + large items that were not on the invetnory list, making it a bit difficult for the packers/removalists). However everything was sorted out promptly! The Brisbane packers/removalists did an amazing job with all our stuff and everything was wrapped thoroughly and professionally. The truck arrived bang on time at the destination, and the Sydney removalists were fast and efficient. It was great to be able to request pick up of all the boxes and packing paper after we had unpacked! 

I have been telling everyone of the fantastic job all four guys did on a very hot, humid Townsville day, not to mention having to deal with 24 steps at our original premises and 17 steps at our new premises. They were courteous and did everything with a smile. Also, the young lady l spoke to initially to arrange booking the removal was also so helpful. Thank you for making an otherwise very stressful day easy for us.
